Our basic principle is to develop close partnerships with similar minded service providers through a global network, thus enabling us to provide a single source responsibility service to exhibition organisers and exhibitors
Exhibition Freighting is an independent but privately owned company and was launched in 1982. Its Directors and shareholders are all involved in the day to day activity. We are also a professional trading member of ( IELA ) the International Exhibition Logistics AssociatesThe company is operating on a truly international basis and is fully resourced, employing freight executives whose combined collective experience totals over 100 years in the industry. Recognising the high costs of exhibiting both at home and abroad Exhibition Freighting has adopted a company Policy of providing safe secure services at economical prices. When tendering for work the Company strives to communicate continually with organisers and sponsors to arrive at services and prices that not only suit the Management but are also tailored to the country, industry and exhibitors of that specific event. This is achieved, in part, by having available a global network of Partners, Agents and Associates.
We are currently the officially appointed freight forwarder for several Trade Associations and Exhibition Organisers.
Our principal activities are SPECIALIST FREIGHT MANAGEMENT
With our expertise and experience we can manage your logistics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis through our ‘Specialist Freight Management’ Team. We manage the continuous logistics process for several companies, keeping track of their shipments through our in house FMC (Freight movement control) web based software. If you continually require shipments to be sent to global locations or require a pop tour moved across the continents
ROAD FREIGHT
If you require an efficient delivery service of your freight to any UK or European destination, then the road freight option is best for you, Our services include; Depot Handling, Customs documentation (If required), Road freight to all UK & European destinations, Full or part loads, Express Dedicated vans/vehicles, Road shows.
OCEAN FREIGHT
